At Benben Apparel, we know how exciting it is to receive your order — especially when it's something for your little one. That's why we work hard to get your package to you quickly, safely, and with care.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can monitor its journey from our hands to your doorstep.

Shipping Carrier & Method

We proudly ship all of our packages via USPS (United States Postal Service). USPS provides reliable delivery throughout the U.S., with convenient tracking and updates available every step of the way.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after they’ve been shipped, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, postal delays, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website or through the link we provide.

If you don’t see your tracking email within a couple of days after placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder — and feel free to reach out to us if you need help locating it.
